Well, i want to start working out and getting ripped ready for college in 2 months and i have the weights and stuff at home but i need some recommendations of a diet plan.
Please don't recommend one with fish in it, i really hate all types of fish.
Also, if you could recommend a very good make of protein shake, it would be appreciated.Body building diet advice...?
ok well for the protein shake : scoobysworkshop.com has a good recipe i've tried it before i like it.
and as for diet: scooby has a chart for how many grams of protein you need in relation to calories per meal (5-6 a day)
remember protein bars are bad! too many calories too few proteinsBody building diet advice...?
