im not looking to be a body builder or anything but i would like to see what advice you guys have about building up arms (particularly forearms) and chest. i started working out about a month ago from taking about a years break. my arms are already getting thinner, i think ive been running to much. when i used to work out in hs i could never really build as much muscle as i wanted no matter what i tried.
also, what kind of food/vitamins/supplements do you eat/take? about how many calories/day do you have?Some advice building up my arms %26amp; chest?
do some push ups every morning.. and also drink lots of fluids.. well this will not realy make u big but itll make u fit and feel great everyday lol..
