There are free to use PSU calculators on the internet. I prefer the one on the Thermaltake site.

Fill in the blanks and it will suggest what you need.
Can you please explain WHY you want 8gb of DDR 3 ram? That's the equivalent of 16GB ram, and windows can only use a maximum of 4gb. Waste of money in my opinion.
Whatever size psu you get make sure it is a modular! But I'd say 750 min, me I would go 850 or 900. On the heat-sink DO NOT GET water-cooled; sure they keep it cooler but they all leak eventually. With the 8gigs of ram you'll need a 64bit OS. If you want the most bang for your buck go with a WD VelociRaptor HDD. For the vid card go for a 4890 series gpu, or wait a few months for directx11 cards! And for your cpu the fastest out there is Intel's Pentium D 965 Extreme Edition with a core speed of 3.73 ghz and easy overclocks to 4.26 ghz. And did I mention this dual core baby is only $99.99?
That sounds like a awesome build. 600watt should be enough just make sure the power supply is SLI or crossfire ready and has the connectors you need. A cooler I would recommend is the freezer 7.
