Some Advice on muscle building and buring this fat?

hi, happy new year to all





Right i currently weighing in at 180LBS (13 Stone) I鈥檝e been loosing weight all the through 2007 so i no all about dieting and what to do to loose weight, but im struggling now.





I want to slim down like a nice slim body. lots of people have been telling me that if i do cardio and then weights the fat will drop off me because muscle burns the fat quicker. I just want to loose this Fat and get a nice toned body .





So i have decided to go on a low calorie diet, and take some protein shakes, because they apparently boost your metabolism. At 4pm after college i will be going to the gym for 45 minutes doing cardio work, then at 7pm i will be going to the gym again and doing the weight machines for about 2 hours.





i think this will work in my opinion, can someone just tell me if this will work and if they have any extra ideas i can stick into my plan.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.


For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.





Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.


Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)





For your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.





Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

doing sit ups and pushups helps u alot


also consider taking swimming which helps all the muscles in the body do some squats with some weights and yes working out is good but try not to do it too much because i got stretch marks by doing this also eat some meat which helps gain muscle but not too much to the point that ur full.
Working cardio for 45 min and the doing two hours of weight lifting is just stupid and you will burn out within a week of doing that. Just burn more calories than you take in and do a little weight training on the side and it would be great for you.
cardio cardio cardio. The more sweat you release the more pounds you drop. Id personaly recommend a big upbeat fun cardio at home dvd like hip hop abs .....believe me you dont even feel like you working out ...or take a spansh dance class like the mamnbo or something thats fast and moves your hips..... it worked wondors for me





i was 175 and got down to 130


**in 2 months!!!!!!


with of course eating healthy and only 1500 claories a day
