Advice on building abdominal and pectoral muscles.?

I am 14, 5'8 135-140 pounds. I have no problem with biceps and triceps because pushups, football, other physical activities have always allowed me to maintain a good amount of muscle in my arms, but I just want to build some more ab and chest muscles. Currently my abs are a very lightly defined 6 pack - you can feel it alright, but cant see it that well - and my chest isnt really fat but doesnt really have that much muscle either. Any tips?Advice on building abdominal and pectoral muscles.?
why dont you just build your whole body and everything will fall into place.
