Body Building supplements advice?

Im 14 years old 5';8 and 155 pounds. I've been working out since the beginning of eighth grade into my current 3rd month of freshman year. I want to know what are the best ways that I can bulk up by using supplements or anything else that do not have any negative side effects to my over-all health especially my liver, excluding Creatine and stuff like that. Some ways that I've heard that are a good and healthy way are to use protein shakes. I heard that if you drink the shakes that you would tend to get fatter if you don't work out. Disregarding the fact that that's what they were meant for. But anyways I want to know if there are any other alternatives for bulking up. And I would like some advice on protein shakes and how to use them and what brand or type of protein shake I should get. I'm new at looking at this subject of supplements and such so bare with me if I sound retarded. Any other advice to supplements and such would be a great help thanks^_^Body Building supplements advice?
For starters, there's nothing unsafe about creatine. It has zero affect on your liver, it's processed by your kidneys. Although I don't believe a 14 yr old even needs something like that. If you're not lifting heavy %26amp; hard AND not already eating a surplus of calories, don't waste your time with supplements.

Now, having said all that, if you do need to supplement, your best bet is to buy whey protein %26amp; make your own shakes. The prepackaged ones tend to have more ';filler'; ingredients in them and may not have the best quality protein in them.

Best time for whey protein is first thing in the morning %26amp; right after lifting. You could also add casein protein before bed if you really wanted to.

Optimum Nutrition products are pretty good. I use their Double-Rich Chocolate in a cup of milk first thing in the morning. I've also used their vanilla whey mixed with orange gatorade post workout. At the moment, I'm using NOW unflavored whey for post-workout.

The best part of making your own is that you can add whatever you want to it! Fruit, peanut butter, oats, whatever.Body Building supplements advice?
if you want to get stronger bigger and healthier while staying trim the following will work perfectly. First Nutrition. the best protein shake is the following. 2 scoops of BODY FORTRESS from walmart. then add 1 whole egg and some ground up Cinnamon for flavor. u can use water or milk to mix. aim for 2 grams of protein ppbw. as far as supplements efx has the best creatine called kre-alkalyn whic is the best. usplabs has an awesome supplement line. anabolic pump is probaly the best all around supplement bar none add that with the creatine and p-slyn from usplabs and you have a stack that will rival the real stuff alot cheaper and safer. go to www.dpsnutrition.com for the best prices and fastest shipping. now to the hard part the workout.

this works great everytime. if you have access to a squat rack and a spotter. pick a weight u can do 10 reps and do 20. look up 20 rep squats in the search engine to get everything. if you dont have the above then this works just as good. 4-6 reps are the optimal range for strength and size. squat, bench, bent over rows, deadlifts and curls are good basics go with

week 1. 4 sets, 4-6 reps, 3 minutes rest between sets.

week 2. 5 sets, 2 minutes rest

week 3. 6 sets, 1 minutes rest

weeks 4-8. 3 sets 3-5 minutes rest.

it's that simple and it works
