Any advice on building a Magic the Gathering Deck with these cards?

The Black Spy, no doubt as part of his eternal war against the descendants of Adam, has bestowed upon me the following Magic: The gathering cards:





Creatures:


preacher x4


Resistance Fighter x4





Artifacts:


Skull Catapult x4





Spells:


Counterspell x3


Desertion x2


Diplomatic Immunity x3


Disenchant x4


Dominate x4


Swords to Plowshares x2


Ray of Command x4


Healing Salve x4





Non-Basic Lands:


Strip Mine x1 (it's the cool Antiquities one with the little tower at the bottom of the pic)


Tundra x4





I'd like to build a deck out of them, but I've been out of magic long enough to forget what a good deck looks like. Any insight, advice, or actual deck builds using some/most of these cards would be most welcome.Any advice on building a Magic the Gathering Deck with these cards?
You would need about all of those cards to make a deck that's valid for tournament play (minimum of 60 cards). You have too few creatures, though. Get some Serra Angels and Mahamoti Djinns.
