I want to gain muscle primarily in my shoulders, biceps, forearms and lower abdomen. -The only equipment I have is two dumbbells.Advice on building muscle?
What weight are the dumbbells?
Shoulders- presses. lateral raise, Front Shoulder Raises, shoulder shrugs
biceps- hammer curls, 15s or 21s, concentration curls, find a bar where you can do pull ups,
3 sets of each workout, 6-8 repsAdvice on building muscle?
Focus on doing compound lifts with your dumbbells:
Squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, bent over row, etc.
Or try some bodyweight stuff:
Press ups, pull ups, burpees, squat thrusts, jump squats, sprints, planks etc.
the dumbells won't help you THAT much, you need a bigger range of dumbells, sign up at ur local YMCA and get one or two sessions with a trainer, that'll start you off good!
Get a gym membership, and a personal trainer.
