Advice on building a bed?

well, im re-doing my room soon and i want a neat idea for a bed.


some people call them loft beds, but i want one thats closer to the ground. not really a bunk bed but enough to put storage under and that wont take up tons of space. prefferably twin sized.

Advice on building a bed?
If you are building the twin bed with storage space under it;do be reminded of the headroom issue. The headroom both on and under the bed. For storage underneath, you need access into it if it is against a wall. If electric wiring is planned in the storage space, remember to have it in conduit for safety reason. The twin bed should be cross braced lengthwise to prevent slagging. That picture shown is adaptable.
