Need some advice on building muscle, toning up etc?

in 16 and thinkin of taking protein supplements, but not sure what way to go about it all, im the right weight for my height but a little flabby, so i wanted to harden it up and turn it into muscle,

I also bodybuild and have done for years. I currently use Met-Rx whey protein powder, it is fine for you to take as supplement in between meals.





Of course, this only helps with a strict body building regime and good balanced diet.





I currently train about 4-5 times per week. if you want to lose some flab also, try adding a few CV sessions on a bike or treadmill.

You definitely need to be hitting the gym on a regular basis, that goes without saying. Also work on your cardio, walking, running, biking, etc. Throw some hills into any good cardio workout. hit the gym3/4 times a week it,l soon go you could also ex bike morning and last thing at night it keeps your metabolism going


also cut out the crap foods, eat chicken tuna etc.
